Absolutely amazing! No words can describe how much i love this product. All I can say is: L'Occitane, please please please don't ever discontinue this! I won't know what to do! Nothing else out there like this

Having had to resort to E45 because I am allergic to everything else - the discovery of this product has transformed my skin. It is so kind to my very sensitve skin - love it!

This is an absolute godsend! I suffer from really dry skin under my eyes which eye creams cannot cope with alone. I use this all around the eye area and it really softens and makes my wrinkles seem less deep. It’s also brilliant on lips and other areas of dry skin. I cannot recommend this highly enough; it’s such a pleasure to use too!

This is fab!! Yes it is pretty hard at first but once you get past the first couple of layers it softens up really nicely. Makes a great balm for lips after a shower, before bed etc! Can imagine it would be great for flying too :)

My all-time favourite, this little butter tin is of perfect consistency and texture. It has a very light scent, barely noticeable, but I quite like it as it somehow reminds me of some herb. The butter is perfect for lips, hands, feet, even for more unusual body parts like ears if they get dry or if you stretch them. Later this year I'll definitely buy the larger tin (out-of-stock from my local shop at the particular moment).

This may be one of the most useful products of l'Occitane. Shea butter is the best when it comes to cracked skin and that little tin box can be slipped in your bag, coat pocket so that whenever your skin needs repair, it doesn't have to get worse before you can fix it. Just massage the cracked skin and :) Great value for money!

I first used it last summer on my very heavily sunburned face and lips and it didn't work one bit. Now in winter, I'm using it again on lips cracked from the cold and wow! The effects show immediately! Very good product. The small size is perfect for in my handbag and the little tin lasts forever! Too bad it doesn't smell too great. Well, I don't mind, but my boyfriend kinda does :p

This is an excellent product. I have always had very dry skin and so far this has been the only product to keep it moisturised all day long. It is also great as a moisturiser for dry and damaged hair. 10/10.

Great product I always buy when finish. This is wonderful and affordable must have product. Keep always in a bag with me. Best for lips. It lasts for very long. Also when got colds I apply on nose to keep skin healthy. When skin very dry I apply on all my face and hands. Works perfect for dry skin especially during pregnancy. My husband and my toddler also use it on lips. The best thing that it is 100% natural. safe for pregnant women and baby.

Got given this for xmas and the smell is the first thing which got to me. BUT once you ignore that, it is a little miracle tin! I also use the apricot shea balm because of the smell but once they stop making those as they are limited edition I will be buying these tins! Really good for dry parts on face and hands. Takes a bit of work to get it warm but totally worth it.

Didn't like this 'cos it is too hard and dry to use, it is small and handy in size to keep in the handbag which is good, just that the texture is too hard and dry...like you are trying to scrap off the wax with your finger getting the waxy moisturiser on your lips.

This is by far L'Occitane's best product ever. I have never known one product do so much. I use this for just about everything: Nail and Cuticle cream, Lip Balm, Dry Scalp, Facial Moisturiser, Body Moisturiser, Eye Balm, Intensive Face Mask. And with me it even helps to fill in my lines underneath my eyes. It has a beautifully rich texture which sinks in nicely. I have had this sized tin since June 2010 and I use it morning & night and during the day and I have just got to about half way through.

I like this product. You can use it on anywhere as you like. I even use it on occasional spots. It sounds weird, but it really worked. It is very big and could last you ages. Well worth the money!

A multipurpose blessing in a small portion. I've used it in the delicate areas between the fingers, applied to my face and lips. I found that it has a wonderful matte finish which is good for coating your lips without tingles or plumbing.

Infuriatingly greasy, yes. At times uncomfortable to apply, yes. Faults on quality? Non what-so-ever. This pure shea butter is nothing short of a miracle for the skin. It leaves your skin soft and nourished and any dry skin problem is eliminated. Never had a spot since using this product, blemishes are almost non-existent, dry skin... what dry skin? and the cooking fat burns on my arm are slowly fading away. 10/10 Wouldn't use anything else.

My hand was burned by alcohol and started to blister when I was applying a kind of medicine with medical alcohol on my face. I was using this product Pure Mini Shea Butter about 3 times a day and just for one day and my hand was almost cured! My hand got totally well just on the second day. It was amazing!

This has been so essential during the very cold winter to protect lips from the harsh frosty and windy weather. I love the small tin which fits into small pockets and means you can always have it with you.

%100 Shea butter, needs to be tried by every1 in their lifetime. I tell every1 I come in2 contact with & always carry some on me. It’s an essential. Fantastic for dry hands, makes hair shiny, esp any1 with curly hair, defines and gives luscious locks. Any dry or irritated shin Shea butter will cure. Fantastic for babies as so natural good as a nappy cream. I could go on indefinitely. My Mother had dry flaky skin on her eyes lids 4 ages, Shea butter cured it. I use the 150ml pot costs £24.

I first got this in a gift set, and thought it was the best lip balm I'd ever tried! It's so silky and smooth, and really works on dried skin! There's not much left now, so I recently bought the big version, so I can top up my mini tin!!!!

Brilliant product. I have this in both the large tins, which I have downstairs and by my bed, and a small one in my handbag for everyday use out and about. Wouldn't be without this product. It really works on dry chapped lips as well as on other dry patches of skin. Everybody should have this. Although a little pricey compared to other lip products I certainly wouldn't use anything else.

This stuff really is amazing. It works miracles on chapped lips. Not even La Mer lip balm (which is four times as expensive and supposedly the best) could repair my lips like this shea butter could. This is my first L'Occitane product and I will continue to use it even though it is a tad pricey considering I have to use my pocket money to buy it. :)

Excellent product and we all use it. I have one stored in each child’s bag, car, my handbag, work bags and we all have our own little tin in house. We use mainly as a lip balm but I also use on children’s faces to protect from cold weather, especially chin where dribble often makes them sore, also good for nappy rash. I used big tin during pregnancy on my very swollen, painful and dry legs and feet. The tin can be bit fiddly, have found lid to come off sometimes in bag and edges can be sharp.

My desert island product and L'Occitane's hero product. Every bag should have a mini shea butter tin! Great for lips, stray hairs, groomed eyebrows, rough skin on arms, knees, feet and even cuticles etc. I use at night on my hands with cotton gloves for hands to be proud of! Taste and fragrance free shea butter is moisturising and gentle and a must have for all the family.

I love l'Occitane for this product. This product has turned me into a L'Occitane groupie. Everything in this range is just sublime. Everything in the Immortelle range is also sublime. I could go on and on but I just want to say that this product beats the 8hour cream! It does everything. Shipping and delivery by this company is flawless ( I even got a Sunday delivery!!)

This product is superb, both my mum and I use it for almost anything: to moisturise, as a balm for cuts and burns etc; I've tried DIYing my own shea butter, but the quality is never as good as this one. However, I REALLY wish l'Occitane would reintroduce the tinted version for lips, I LOVED that product and received so many compliments on it and it made a fantastic gift/ stocking filler.

I have used this product for a while from the smal handbag size tin and had found it great for dry patches. However, I never realised how great it was until today! I bought this big size yesterday along with the Milk Shea Soap as for the past week, my skin has been so sore and dry, and nothing seemed to be helping. After using this product this morning, my skin has not felt sore all day for the first time in a week! I think this will now be a staple product I will have to keep at all times!

I always have a small one in my handbag, my emergency all-in-one lip balm/hand cream/cuticle cream/dry patch in my skin. During hay fever seasons I dab it under my nose to trap the pollens before they enter my nose. It's a great size that's perfect for travelling. A bit heavy for all-over body moisturiser though.

I cannot do without this product. Use on nails, skin and hair. I have always had dry skin which as I have aged seems to have become even drier. Especially good for knees and elbows and the little container in the bag for lips. Also use on the face and feet as a mask and a small amount on the tips of the hair if it is particularly frizzy. No end of uses and lasts for ages.

If you're unsure whether to invest in this product due to price I would say if you can afford it do! I've had Keratosis Pilaris for years but after having P Rosea my skin went very dry. I've only been using this for one week and already I can see and feel a big difference. The spots lower down my arms have gone and my upper arms look a lot smoother. It’s wonderful for legs too and as long as you warm it in your hands a little goes a long way and the moisture lasts giving your skin a lovely sheen!

This is so convenient for daily use in this cold weather. I mostly use this as lip balm, wonderful effect, leaving my lips moisturising all day long. Recommended for anyone as this one doesn't contain any fragrance which is another plus for it

I suffer from very dry skin and as a result of growth during my early teens I began to develop stretch marks. I was given the 150ml product as a gift, and very quickly noticed the difference it made to my dry skin. The product improved the elasticity and softness to my skin and reduced the appearance of the stretch marks tenfold. This product has improved my quality of life, thank you so much L’Occitane.

I had problems with spots on my face. I never thought that using such a rich cream like that one will help. After one week using shea butter at night all the spots disappeared. I was so happy!! A brilliant size to keep in your handbag for all "beauty emergencies" - it will moisturise hands, nails and cuticles; sooth sore lips and noses; smooth unruly eyebrows; stand in for hair wax; and nourish dry eyelashes. There are probably dozens of other uses I have yet to discover! The tiniest amount goes such a long way as it warms up.

I love this range very much, especially for this one. It is easy to carry. It moisturised my lips well. I also recommend it to my friends.

This product is brilliant! For years I have experienced very dry skin problems with my hands, and especially in the winter the skin will go very red and crack. They get very sore. By applying this cream every day and night, the problem has gone. Hurrah!

A little goes a long way. It's such a pure product that you need never worry about any allergic reaction.

I have used L'Occitane shea butter for years on my hands, feet, elbows and other areas of dry skin. It is simply fabulous. Apply to your feet before bed, slip on a pair of cotton socks and awake in eight hours time. Voila! Soft, smooth and youthful feet.

What can I say? This is the only lip cream that doesn't leave a taste. It also stays on for the whole day. My lips have been dry and chipped since I was a child. This is the first winter I have spent with pretty, smooth lips. I scrape the cream with the back of a clean nail rather like with real butter on a knife and then apply a thin layer to my lips.

I love this tiny tin which stays with me every day. It's good for lips and also to massage into my cuticles. I also use it as a lipstick base and I wish you would bring back those tinted shea butter tins which were good for colour on cheeks and eyes.

When I have a cold I always carry this with me to stop my lips and nose becoming sore from endless sneezing and a runny nose. Unlike everything else I have tried, it keeps my skin soft without any stinging and helps my skin recover in hours rather than days.

Where has this stuff been all my life? I've been using it for about three weeks and it's wonderful. It has all the uses others have mentioned, but I find it great gently patted around my eyes, on my eye lids and crow’s feet- it melts, like butter, onto my skin and those crow’s feet really do look better. I'm focussing on laughter lines next.

I bought this product to use on my newborn when she developed dry patches on her face and body. This has cleared them up like a treat and I would now not be without it. Also great for baby massage rather than using synthetic oils which contain parabens etc. Would highly recommend it.

An absolutely amazing experience! Never tried your products before but now I am a convert. An amazing product which does more than it says on the tin.

I discovered this product during my pregnancy when I became sensitive to my usual skincare products. The skin on my face was really flaky and irritated that it would crack, I started using the shea butter and it soothed my skin immediately letting me enjoy the rest of my pregnancy.

For 45 years, my nails have split and flaked, always looking a mess, and my cuticles have been ragged and unsightly. Since I started using Shea butter, they have grown strong and healthy. As a bonus, I also use it on my elbows and lips when they feel dry. It is unperfumed, so doesn't 'clash' with any other products I use.

I found this very good on my parts of my face where I suffer from mild rosacea. This soothed it all completely and if I keep using regularly it doesn't come back at all.

This is my 'desert island' product. I use it on my elbows, knees, and here's a tip, the lines between your bottom and the top of your legs where you can get that rough spotty skin. I also put it on my feet once a week at night and sleep in cotton socks to keep my feet looking nice. No more rough skin on my heels! I also bought one of the handbag size tin in the York store and one of the staff recommended refilling it from a big tin, good customer service, not just selling as much as possible.

I won't be without this product. It solves so many problems and it is the first item I reach for when anyone has a skin issue. I carry one with me wherever I go. It works wonderfully on blisters when I've been walking and soothes it instantly, a great find.

I bought this for my son as he had started showing signs of dry patches on his arms and face and I was worried it may be the start of something else and I was told shea butter may help. This product was a life saver, within a week the dry patches were gone from his arms and after a month his face had cleared up too. This is a product I always have handy both this size and tiny handbag size as it has so many uses, from lip balm to cuticle cream. A definite good all rounder and a life saver, well worth the purchase!
