This is the most delightful scent I have ever come across. So many people have asked what it is. Even in the midst of a wet, cold, miserable scottish winter it makes you feel like you are on holiday. The smell invokes thoughts of warm sun on your skin, relaxed moods, and the sand between your toes. Light, airy and fresh it truly lasts all day long. Quite simply it is perfection!

I love l OCCITANE fragrances-and this myrtle one especially- because it reminds me somehow just like to Proust of certain "Madeleine "taste, the smell from my childhood. It’s a part of my past and of granny s baking s sweetness smells and fragrances of those amazing and irreversible times. So I always associate this perfume with the remembrance of my childhood and people very beloved to my heart that they are now gone!

When my husband and I got engaged last year, a friend told us all about the significance of Myrtle in a wedding bouquet so I arranged with our florist for it to be included in mine. On the eve of our wedding in May this year, my husband-to-be presented me with a bottle of your Myrtle Eau de Parfum. I wore it on our wedding day, and it proved to be the perfect choice for our country wedding and it lasted all day long. Whenever I wear it now, it reminds me of our special day!
