Our FREE guided Factory Tour is offered throughout the year from Monday to Friday (mornings only on Friday). Reservations are necessary.

Discovery of the Factory:
From the product manufacturing workshop to the shipping area, the factory tour will include a visit to our laboratories, to the areas where our tubes and bottles are finished, to the area where our candles and soaps are manufactured and to where our labels are stored.

Sensorial workshop:
Presentation of our main ingredients, their origins and properties.
Length: 1 hour 15 minutes
Languages: French and English
Notes: Upon request, a special programme is available for disabled people.
Animals are forbidden inside the factory.
The factory is closed during two weeks of the year: 3rd week of August and 3rd week of December.
