The company’s human resources are its most valuable asset, and the skills and motivation of its associates are crucial to its success. It is the aim of L'OCCITANE to develop the diversity of skills required by associates to achieve business objectives. The company aims to provide appropriate development opportunities for all associates.
Statement
L'OCCITANE aims to become an employer of choice by providing a comprehensive, exciting and challenging training programme at all levels and for all associates that ensures our people are proud of L'OCCITANE and the products we produce. In addition to this, to have a training programme that other employers aspire to.
We offer a corporate induction programme for all new joiners and a management development programme aimed at giving attendees the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform and contribute to the future success of the company.
Ongoing Training
L'OCCITANE is concerned that all associates develop their skills and abilities to meet both the changing demands of the job and to meet longer-term personal and professional goals. Training is predominantly on-the-job though it may be supplemented by attendance at off-the-job training courses or workshops. These may be run internally by the “experts” in-house or by an external organization.
