I have thin fine coloured hair which tangles really easily. I sampled these products in sachets as freebies several years ago and have used them ever since. They are the only products that give my hair a healthy glossy shine. I always comb my hair before using the shampoo and I always comb the conditioner or mask through gently as this prevents it all tangling up after rinsing. I also adore the fragrance of these products - can't recommend highly enough! Thank you L’Occitane.

I love this conditioner for my fine tinted and highlighted hair. I also used the matching shampoo but sadly it seems to be discontinued. I am at a loss now as I can't find any other shampoo as good. Please L’Occitane.

This shampoo is as bad as the conditioner. When I first washed my hair with it it would not lather up and was tangling my hair. Second time I used it, I used loads got some lather but hair felt awful as I was rinsing it out, It felt like dolls hair. The shampoo and conditioner I buy from my hairdresser is 100% better and half the price. Over £30 I have wasted, it's a shame I did not buy it from qvc, I would have got a full refund.

I bought this after reading how excellent this product was. I have to strongly disagree, and to make it worse I had to buy the big 500ml pump dispenser as that is all the shop had left. While rinsing the product out my hair, it was getting tangled and knotted and felt awful, not smooth and silky like most conditioners, then I tried to comb it, couldn't get the comb through it, my hair has colour on it and is lightly permed but it's not in that bad condition. Just wasted over £18.

This whole range is just wonderful. I could not recommend it more! I damaged my hair quite badly in the past due to irresponsible bleaching but you would never know now! I started using it after reading a recommendation on the internet and within a few washes my hair was shiny and flexible again! I would never go back now and I believe that it is worth every penny. I have even tried the others in this range and would recommend the serum and the soothing gloss. All in all, just fantastic stuff!

I love this conditioner and shampoo been buying it for the past few months now. It washes hair lovely and smells great plus the lovely perfume stays in the hair even after drying.

I started using this conditioner, with the shampoo from the same range, over two years ago on the recommendation of a friend as I had psoriasis of the scalp and had tried various brands and prescription shampoos. I cannot believe the difference the l'Occitane products have made to both my scalp and condition of my hair, which is coloured and gets quite dry at the ends. I also love the beautiful fragrance! Would not use anything else.

I have just started using this as I normally use one of the other L’Occitane products. It’s nice to have a change around and as I colour my hair this is good for it.

WOW! This is the best of the best. It leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. The shine on my hair is amazing considering my hair is blonde! The smell is wonderful I LOVE IT. I can’t live without this little gem of a find, after searching for years for my perfect shampoo - and now I have it my hair is shoulder length, fine and blonde, but VERY dry on the mid lengths and end. This has saved my hair! I use in along with the Shea ultra rich range and the difference is AMAZING - thank you

I tried this last week as I had had a perm that felt like straw. I doesn't anymore I can't make up my mind if I love this or the verbena more. I suppose a dead heat is best.

Can't do without it now. I actually leave it on my hair because it's so dry. Not at all greasy, just fab.

Over the years I have found it hard to find a product that would suit my limp life-less hair until I discovered L'Occitane conditioner for dry and damaged hair. Changed my hair over night to glossy, feeling light and soft as a feather. Thank you for saving me from bad hair days.

The most amazingly scented conditioner! Leaves hair smelling SO wonderful, I HAVE to use this just for the scent! The softness is just an added plus! Would be lovely if you introduce the eco-refills (available in Holland and France) here as well.

I love what this product does to my hair and the smell is absolutely amazing. I swim very often and my hair is rather dry and unhappy because of the chlorine. By using the repairing hair conditioner, I get shiny and detangled hair with very pleasant smell.

This has to be the best conditioner I have ever used, the condition of my hair has improved beyond belief I use it with the apres shampoo and even my hairdresser commented on how much better the condition of my hair was compared to previous visits.

This Conditioner is absolutely wonderful, I use straightening irons a lot so my hair was very dry and damaged but his item, along with the shampoo has made a noticeable improvement even after the first use, and I think it smells GORGEOUS!!!! Love it
