Shipping Policy
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in London by Royal Mail, to arrive within 7 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge of £8.50 per address, we can expedite delivery by Royal Mail Express Delivery to most destinations to arrive the following day if the order has been placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

Next Working Day:
If the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders place on Friday will arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday. |

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. L'OCCITANE does not do back order.

Returns Policy
It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and Postage & Packing will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return any items, please first contact Customer Service on 020 7907 0301- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
