Born from the distillation of a rosemary branch in 1976, L'Occitane en Provence draws inspiration from the living nature of Haute-Provence. Each creation blends carefully selected botanical ingredients with advanced science and a commitment to sustainability. Rooted in heritage and driven by innovation, we craft authentic, sensorial experiences inspired by Provence.​

It all began in Haute-Provence with a first gesture: distilling rosemary. The dawn of an adventure: our Maison was born.​
