Step 1. Rinse all items thoroughly
Step 2. Go to the Royal Mail website
Step 3. Fill up the form
- enter RECYCLE in the Invoice Number Field & Product Name
- select PRODUCT UNWANTED as Return Reason
Step 4. Select your return option:
Drop off your items: Print your label or use the QR code and drop off your parcel at a Royal Mail Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office or Post Office branch.
Collect from home: Book a collection from your doorstep, office, or safeplace. Your postman can also bring the label to you.
